We approach your implementation project with an eye toward building guidelines into the project, such as timelines for certain segments or functionality to "go live" at prescribed times. This helps plan the development and deployment phases with specific, concrete goals. Our implementations are designed to work hand-in-hand with your internal IT teams as well as the business owners and end-users to ensure goals are established and met on a timely basis.
Sherwood Systems is also proud to offer training during and after the implementation to ensure your installation is a success. On a regular basis, we offer training classes on various accounting functions, reporting modules, and new products and services. We also conduct quarterly User Group Meetings that are not only educational in nature, but allow you to network and talk to other users about their experiences.
