Restricted Party Screening Solution for Microsoft Dynamics GP
Complying with U.S. export laws is becoming more and more difficult for companies, and the penalties for non-compliance are severe. There are many different regulations and federal agencies involved depending on the type of export, which makes it a challenge to comply with U.S. export controls.
The Restricted Party Screening Solution from Sherwood Systems automatically screens records in Microsoft Dynamics GP against various restricted party lists from government agencies, and alerts of potential non-compliance. Working seamlessly with eCustoms Visual Compliance web application, contact information is sent and the results of the search are returned, without the user leaving Microsoft Dynamics GP.
Features
- Automatically screens customers, vendors, sales and purchase documents as they are added in Microsoft Dynamics GP.
- If company name, contact name, address or country is found on a restricted party list, the record is placed on hold and assigned an alert level.
