AeroLink for Microsoft Dynamics GP

Master Records
- Sales invoices and credit memos originate in Corridor and are imported into Microsoft Dynamics GP or Small Business Financials
- Sales information flows through Accounts Receivables and to the General Ledger
- Payable invoices and credit memos are also imported into Accounts Payable
- This information flows through Accounts Payable and to the General Ledger
Receivables and Payables
- Sales invoices and credit memos originate in Corridor and are imported into Microsoft Dynamics GP
- Sales information flows through Accounts Receivables and to the General Ledger
- Payable invoices and credit memos are also imported into Microsoft Dynamics GP in Accounts Payable
- This information flows through Accounts Payable and to the General Ledger
General Ledger
- Work-in-process detail and inventory adjustments are imported into Microsoft Dynamics GP or Small Business Financials, providing timely and accurate financial information
Processing
- The AeroLink import can be scheduled to run as an automatic process or run manually
- As data is imported, it is verified and errors are tracked in an error log file
