Introducing TalkTIMR by
Proximiti Communications
Are you looking for an easy way to track, manage and
bill for cell phone calls made by the professionals in your
office?
TalkTIMR
by Proximiti Communications allows you to capture thousands of dollars
of lost billable time associated with cell and office phone calls for
less than $1 per day.
- Make
calls normally
- Instantly
assign billing codes
- Use
email reports to track and manage billable calls
- Bill
effortlessly
Studies repeatedly prove that professionals lose up to
120 hours per year in billing for time spent with clients on their
mobile phones that isn't billed. And even if the professional is
diligent about recording their times, the current process for billing
cell phone calls is often time delayed and labor intensive.
TalkTIMR just takes 10 minutes to set up and use and
you'll wonder how you lived without it. If you or an assistant
spend 10 minutes or more a month hand tabulating billing data, this
pays for itself and with capturing lost revenue, it's a huge return on
investment. No more tedious poring over cell phone bills
attempting to track billable time and you have the documentation you
need to support your business.
Click on the link above to watch a quick video tour of
TalkTIMR in action. You can sign up in less than five minutes and
be operational shortly thereafter!

Tips
& Tricks
|
Windows
and Windows programs aren't terribly efficient when it comes to cleaning up
after themselves. If a program needs additional resources, temporary
files and folders may be created that don't get automatically
removed. Let me show you how to keep an eye on these files and
folders on a regular basis!
Use
Timeslips Station Administrator to check the Timeslips installation on your
computer. Close Timeslips, Word Perfect and any other program that
might use the Borland Database Engine (BDE) and go to
Start>Programs>Timeslips>Station Administrator. Click the
Options menu and then Diagnose This Computer. Click OK to the
prompt about BDE and run the utility. Please contact me if you have
issues.
Events
or ToDo's to schedule a deadline in Time Matters? I would recommend
using an event record with the time set for 6am so it appears at the
top of your calendar. Use ToDo's for things it would be
"nice" to get done today and set them to follow until marked
done. Manage your ToDo's from your ToDo list using appropriate
quick tab and priority settings to help with the
workflow.
Please
forward your questions on Timeslips and Time Matters to Allen via
email and he will answer them in a future edition of the newsletter.
