Timeslips Tech Tip

There may be occasions in which you lose a toolbar, or find that the Time and Expense Slip List doesn't behave the way you expect.  The typical fix for these problems is to take these steps:

 

1. In the menu bar, go to Setup, then Preferences
2. Click the Interface tab
3. Click on "Restore All Windows to Default Size and Position"
4. Click OK
5. Exit Timeslips, then re-open Timeslips

 

 

 If this does not solve the problem, we will need to rebuild preferences for that user.

LexisNexis introduced Time Matters version 10 last Fall.  Please note the document in the Quick Links section that describes all the new features in the latest versions of Time Matters.

 

Last year LexisNexis also introduced the Time Matters Annual Maintenance and Support Plan (AMP).  This plan makes it easier to be on the latest version of Time Matters and provides access to Technical Support during the contract term. 

 

Effective January 4, 2010 LexisNexis is phasing in a plan that will require customers to purchase an AMP in order to receive technical support.  In most cases, a complimentary incident will be extended, however that will only apply to currently supported versions of the software.
