Changes to Microsoft Support Plans
|
|

As of 12/14/07, customers
who are currently enrolled in a Standard A Plan will automatically
receive 4 additional support incidents, for a total of 6. The B plan
will continue to receive unlimited support incidents.
In addition, the
plan names for Standard A and B have been changed to 'Business Ready
Advantage' and 'Business Ready Advantage Plus'.

Meet Sherwood Systems:
Leslie Clark
brings to Sherwood Systems over ten years experience in IT management,
systems administration, project management, hardware/software support
and database management. In April 2006, Leslie joined Sherwood as
a Consultant and implements and supports Microsoft Dynamics GP.
Prior to
joining Sherwood, Leslie was the Information Systems Manager for Pizza
Properties in El Paso, Texas where she managed a team of IT
professionals supporting more than 125 end-users at 42 Peter Piper
Pizza restaurants and 22 Burger King restaurants in the
Southwest. In addition, she was involved in developing and
implementing emerging technologies for the company. She designed
and integrated the database for the POS system and implemented a new
POS system during her tenure. Prior to that she performed
extensive accounting duties including accounts payable, accounts
receivable, and general ledger.
Leslie holds a
Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from the University
of Texas and is a Certified Microsoft Professional. In her free
time, Leslie enjoys cheering on her favorite team, the Dallas
Cowboys. Leslie's winning combination of IT expertise, indepth
accounting knowledge, and her calm personality makes her an invaluable
asset to the Sherwood team!
