Support ending for Microsoft Great Plains 8.0
|
|
Microsoft
will provide payroll tax updates for version 8.0 through
October 31, 2008. No additional tax or regulatory updates will be
provided for 2008 Year End or for 2009.
|
|
Mainstream
support for version 8.0 will end October 31, 2009. If you
are running payroll on Great Plains version 8.0 you will need to
upgrade soon.

Meet Sherwood Systems:
Mary Tolifson, Admin Assistant
Many of you have already met Mary Tolifson, as she is
the pleasant voice answering the phones and greeting our
customers. As an Administrative Assistant for Sherwood Systems,
Mary also does the billing and runs our training program - not an easy
job!
Mary has over 15 years of experience running a front
office. She is one of the original Sherwood employees, but
is still the "baby" of the group. Mary started
working for Sherwood Systems in 1993, right out of high school.
Her responsibilities have increased as Sherwood Systems has grown from
a development shop to a multi-state sales and support organization and
ISV.
Mary left Sherwood Systems for a few years to pursue her
real passion, breeding and caring for dogs. She worked as a
Veterinarian Technician/Administrative Assistant for a local
veterinarian for a few years, then as a Client Administrator for an emergency
animal clinic. Three years ago Mary also started her own
business, Pups & Stuff, breeding
and selling puppies, which she still runs in her "spare"
time.
When not at
work, Mary also enjoys riding ATVs and spending time with her family,
including 7-year old son, Morgan. We are so happy that Mary
is back with us again! Her dedication, hard work and attention to
detail help keep the front office running smoothly!
