10 Physical Security Measures Every Organization Should Take
by Debra Littlejohn Shinder, MVP, MCSE

Every general computer networking class teaches the OSI and/or DoD networking models, and we all learn that everything begins at the bottom, with the physical level. In this article, we'll take a look at 10 of the most essential security measures you should implement now, if you haven't already done so.

Sherwood Systems' GL Segment Substitution Utility for Microsoft Dynamics GP

The GL Segment Substitution Utility allows greater flexibility in defining general ledger defaults in Sales Order Processing (SOP). In SOP, general ledger distributions default from either the customer accounts or from the item accounts. In some cases, defaulting account segments from both the customer and the item may be needed. For example, the sales account may default from the item, but a segment of the sales account should default from the customer. With this utility it is possible.
